    Kyle and Mary have lived in Pinellas County their whole lives. They came to North Dunedin in October of 2012, only 3 months after getting married, as the Pastor of Youth and Family. In 2019, Kyle transitioned to Pastor of Families and Missions until being voted in as the Senior Pastor in April of 2024. Kyle and Mary have three kids, Cohen, Marshall and Brody, that keep them very busy but provide so much joy. 

  • Brad williamson

    Brad and his wife Amber came to North Dunedin Baptist Church in May of 2019. Brad is a Florida native and has been involved in church ministry throughout most of his life. He graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelors in Religion and has pursued God’s calling of Youth Ministry since. When Brad is not spending time with the youth, you can find him at the local coffee shops, movie theaters, disc golf courses, and out on the town with Amber.

  • Laurie Tarbox

    Laurie was born in Clearwater, FL. She made the big move to Dunedin when she married her husband Rick in 1992. Laurie has a heart for the local church and supporting church staff as they lead. She enjoys leading Bible studies and small groups for women. On weekends you can find Laurie and Rick in downtown Dunedin enjoying a meal or listening to local music.

    David moved from Nashville, TN to Florida in 1983, joining NDBC the next spring. He met Mary (originally from Pittsburgh, PA) in the IT department at Nielsen Media Research, and they were married at NDBC in 1987. David has taught and led in Sunday School for 50 years. After pastoring a local church for five years, they returned to NDBC in 2007. David and Mary have four children, nine grandchildren, and one great grandson. They thoroughly embrace retirement life and enjoy working on their house, traveling to see family, and watching sunsets on Dunedin Causeway.

  • Chris Ehlers

    Chris grew up in Dunedin and attended Dunedin Elementary, Middle, and High School. Her family were members of North Dunedin Baptist Church and she was in the Student Ministry. She came back to NDBC in 2016 and became Children's Director in the summer of 2017. She has been a teacher for many years teaching children with disabilities for Pinellas County Schools. She has three daughters who played college softball, so she was "Softball Mom." She enjoyed cruises and spending time with her family.

  • Anne Little

    Choir Director

    Anne and David Little are both FL natives, from Lakeland and Bartow, respectively. They have been married for 43 years, have 4 sons, and 3 grandchildren. As David served in the USAF, they have lived on 3 different continents. They joined NDBC in 2005. Anne is a RN, and worked as a Hospice Nurse for the last 19 years of her career. After retiring, David and Anne lived full time in their RV, traveling this great country, camping in 28 states. Anne has been involved in church choirs since she was 10 years old. She enjoyed subbing at NDBC, and has been blessed to have been asked to direct the choir in 2022. Anne enjoys music (singing in the Dunedin Community Chorus), Bible study, cooking, and building memories with her grandchildren.

    Jeff and Jenine have been members of NDBC since 2014. Jeff was born in Toledo, OH and Jenine in Sturbridge, MA before coming to Pinellas County. Jeff was in commercial construction for over 40 years supervising various projects before joining the NDBC staff in 2015. Jenine works as an administrator for a CPA firm. They love to travel, hang with their kids and grandkids, kayak, BBQ, go to concerts, and worship at NDBC.
